Glen Alexander Guyton works with organizations that want to improve productivity and profits, through innovative leadership techniques and intercultural competence.
As an Air Force Officer served in the manpower and organization division, formulating and implementing manpower and organization (MO) management policies. He advised senior leadership on manpower management and continuous improvement initiatives and activities. Glen has a great deal of experience promoting and fostering a continuous improvement environment and staying up to date with modern business management practices. One of his strengths is assisting leaders in design and implementation of optimized organizational structures.
He is also passionate about giving back to the community and helping young people develop the skills they need to survive and thrive in a dynamic world.
Glen has spoken to thousands of youth and adults throughout the United States, Jamaica, South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Ghana. He has helped to organize many community service events in Virginia, Texas and throughout the U.S. Glen is a certified project management professional who holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Education from Regent University.
Glen has obtained the PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) and is a Qualified Administrator (QA) for Intercultural Development Inventory
