Workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion training with Glen Guyton and his associates
Our ability to facilitate reflection, design adult learning, change behavior, transform organizational culture, and improve organizational systems is what makes our solutions different from other DEI training programs in the field. Through our comprehensive programming, we achieve tangible results by examining and improving systems and processes via an intentional focus on developing people. We cannot change the hearts and minds of people but we enthusiastically believe in their ability to change, to grow, to transform.
We want to help you create and inclusive and healthy workplace culture.
What guides our practice : DEI work is intersectional and complex. Therefore, we believe it cannot be the responsibility of just one office or one team. The culture of inclusion must permeate every aspect of the organization and should be clearly aligned to the organization’s values. DEI is everyone’s responsibility. Having an effective DEI effort requires shared and compelling answers to these questions:
- WHY are you working on DEI?
- WHAT does success look like?
- HOW are you going to get there?
